A pesar de que para nosotros los latinos el libro de niños escrito e ilustrado por Maurice Sendak “Where the wild things are” (algo así como “Donde viven las cosas salvajes”) no es tan conocido, tengo que decir que no veo la hora de que salga la película porque con sólo ver el trailer quedé cautivada por la luz, los efectos y los personajes de esta historia que es recreada por el genial Spike Jonze; se ve tal cual como me lo imaginaba cuando era chiquita y mi mamá me leía el libro.
Even though for us latin americans Maurice Sendak’s book “Where the wild things are” is not that familiar, I have to say that I’m really really looking forward to the movie because just watching the trailer brought tears to my eyes and I was captivated by the amazing light, the effects and the characters of this wonderful story that is recreated in the big screen by the very talented Spike Jonze; it looks just like I imagined it when I was little and my mother read the book for me.
